My Services and Expertise
I am a qualified Counsellor working in East Kilbride and the surrounding areas, and online within the UK. Your safety and comfort is always my priority, so whether you are dealing with anxiety, bereavement, addiction, your relationships, or just need a place to vent, I am here.
My story begins as a client going through a tough separation, I sought help and it changed my life. I knew from then that this was my calling, so I went back to education to learn the skills I needed to help people in need. I had no idea I was neurodivergent, I felt out of place for my whole adult life until I was diagnosed with ADHD in my mid-30s. This pushed me on a journey of self-discovery through Counselling that changed everything.
