About Me

Hi! Thank you for visiting my website, I thought this was a good opportunity to let you get to know me. I am Heather Jayne, or Heather, if you prefer! I am a qualified Counsellor who is born and bred in East Kilbride. I decided it was time to take the plunge and start my own business recently, and so far the journey has been very rewarding!

I have been where you are, a client looking for a therapist who actually gets them. It's so hard when life is throwing everything at you and testing your resolve. You can feel like you're drowning, confused and unsure of who you are, and I know exactly how that feels.

I truly believe that everyone has the power to change their life, whether it's in massive, earth shattering ways, or just tweaking the every day to make it better. We are all on a journey and won't always get things right, we are only human, and part of that is making mistakes and learning from them. That doesn't make you broken, or unloveable. You're worth the effort and you're worth supporting. 

I make it my business to walk with you on your journey of self-discovery and, dare I say it, self LOVE.
